Why is it that our children can't read a Bible in school, but they can in prison?

When I was broken and lost I called out to the Lord. I said I'll serve you if you'll have a lowely sinner. That bout sums it up. "What man among you having a hundred sheep and losing one of them would not leave the ninety-nine in the desert and go after the lost one until he finds it? And when he does find it, he sets it on his shoulders with great joy" Luke 15:4-5

Because children are the future of society and those who wish to see religion as dead as they hope God is remember Orwell's 1984, "He who controls the present controls the past, he who controls the past controls the future."
On the other hand, prisoners only serve as pawns in the feelgood games played out by their "advocates".
Bible should be learned in school so that our children would not (most probably) go to prison.
